Round # 10

Clinical History

The patient is a 19 year old young man without significant past medical history who noted the subacute onset of mild discomfort in his right arm over the last several months. He does not recall any recent trauma, although he recently began a more intensive exercise regimen. He denies any fevers, night sweats, joint swelling, skin rashes, fatigue, or other systemic symptoms. His physical examination is unremarkable, and laboratory evaluation only reveals a moderately elevated alkaline phosphatase of 180. Radiographs of the affected area are obtained.
