Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma patient develops a cough

My husband was recently diagnosed with low grade, non hodgkins lymphome which was in many places in his body. His oncologist suggested R-CHOP chemotherapy. He has had 2 treatments and has developed a cough which he describes is being brought on by a tickle in his throat. He tried antibiotic and cough meelp. Can this be a side effect of the Rituxin? What can he do to help the cough? |

Would suggest that you discuss this with the oncologist. Pulmonary symptoms can be associated with Rituxan, but infections in the lung should be ruled out first. |
