Are Enbrel, Humira and Remicade all equally good?

I am on infusions,(remecade) I am wondering, which seems to be a better treatment, Embriel, Humira, or what I am currently on. Could you please advise Thank you Cindy Kwiatkowski |

HI Cindy, Remicade, Humira and Enbrel are all fairly equivalent in clinical trials (although they have never been compared head to head in the same trial). However, interestingly, sometimes if a patient does not respond well to one of these drugs, she/he can respond very dramatically to another. So, if someone is having a poor response, it is useful to switch to a different drug. |
