What is the risk of a 26-year old female infected with lupus who is pregant to have the diease genetically passed on to her child? |

Relatively low, so low that no specific monitoring is needed for your children unless they have symptoms. The exact risk is difficult to calculate and may in the range of 2 fold greater risk for your children, which although may sound high, is really not statistically. |
