Knee resurfacing

Do you know anything about knee resurfacing for treating osteoarthritis versus having a total knee replacement? I went to a seminar and it seemed like a good way to go, but I am unsure. |

I think it is still too early to tell and it will depend on how much arthritis there is in the knee. |
