Psoriatic Arthritis

Question  I am concerned, my husband is 35 and experiencing pain and swelling in his joints. After his joints become inflammed and swollen he can longer straighten them.He also has alot of trouble with his neck. His sister was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and she is being agressivley treated but the same Dr. doesn't feel like my husband has enough of the symptoms to have the same thing. He does have psorasis on his scalp. I don't want to wait for it to get to the point where he will need IV therapy. He has four boys and is too tired or in too much pain to enjoy them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
