Question  What is the connection between polymyalgia rheumatica and occasional occurence of gout? Is mild exercise recommended such as walking or swimming? Thank you.
 
Answer  There is no connectin between gout and polymyalgia rheumatica. In general, mild excerise is almost always recommended.
