methotrexate

I just started treatment with methotrexate. Since my first dose, I have been having terrible stomach pain, nausea and diarehha. Will this eventually subside, or this is part of the treatment. I would rather have the pain with my PMR than the stomach ailments that is is causing.... |

Stomach complaints are infrequent, but when they do happen, they are worse right after the dose and improve with subsequent doses. On occasion, they are severe enough to cause the treatment to be stopped. |
