Degenerative effects of long term NSAID use

I am a PT and I had heard at one time that long term use of NSAIDs can have a degenerative effect on joints. Are you familiar with any information regarding this effect? Thank you. Sincerely, |

I am not familiar with the research showing this and certainly, it is not an accepted concept. |
