MRI and hip disease

I am 45 yrs male,, my MRI scan found bone marrow edema is seen involving most of the left femoral head and neck appreciationg bright signal on FS T2 WIS and low signal on T1 WIs.it is not associated by structural collapse of the femoral head contour on MR changes of avascular necrosis.picture is highly suggestive of transient osteoporosis.... plus evidence of mild left hip joint effusion.... so can u suggest the treatment and hospitals or doctors specialiest in that treatment,.,.. |

Hi Mr. Megahd, These MRI findings indicate the need to see an orthopedist to evaluate the significance of the findings. I assume you had some symptoms in the hip. |
