What are the side effects of Plaquenil? |

The main concern, although extremely rare is ocular (eye) problems-- usually loss of visual fields (lack of vision in certain areas of the eye). Thus depending on your age, you may need to have regular eye exams. Very rarely anemia (low blood counts) can occur as well as changes in the pigment of the skin. |
