Rheumatoid & Methotrexate

I have recently stopped my methotrexate, and I feel fine. It has been 2 months now, I am wondering exactly what does Methotrexate do for rheumatoid? |

Methotrexate reduces the joint pain and swelling of rheumatoid arthritis as well as prevents joint damage. You sound fortunate in that your RA may have gone into remission. |
