Methotrexate and vertigo

Dear sir, I am taking Methotrexate for Rheumatoid arthritis, this is the second week . I started with 10 now 15 mg but Iam feeling dizzy Is this a side effect of the drug and what shall I do ? |

Neurologic complaints-- dizziness, headache, difficulty concentrating, are infrequent but can occur. Often, these complaints occur soon after the weekly dose. With repeated doses, these problems often get better on their own. |
