Vasculitis and arthritis

Question  What is the reason for vasculitis associated with RA ??? what are other diseases related to the pathophysiology of RA ???

Answer  Vasculitis or inflammation of blood vessels is one of the systemic complications of RA. Lung problems, heart problems, inflammation of the eye, low white blood cell counts are other systemic problems associated with RA. We clearly are seeing less of these problems with the earlier and more aggressive DMARDS treatments such as methotrexate
