osteoarthritis & food
|
Can you pleae tell me what food can cause osteoarthritis to flare up. I am aware of acidic food & recently dicovered too much sugar is a problem, what other possibilities are there? |

There are no foods shown scientifically to cause OA flare ups. That is not to say that I haven't heard plenty of patients who swear that there are certain foods that make their arthritis worse. Whatever works for you. |
