How can my diet help my arthritis?

Question  How can my diet help my arthritis?

Answer  Although there is intense interest in this area, no diet has been shown to help arthritis. Fish oils (omega -3 fatty acids) have been shown to help inflammation, but only at significantly high doses. See our section on diet on this website.
