Food & Arthritis

I read somewhere that certain foods affected arthritis,is this true and where can I get a list?Thank-you |

Gout is the only type of arthritis that can be directly linked to diet. See our article on gout for a list of foods. There are very rare cases reported of certain foods triggering an attack of arthritis similar to an allergic reaction, but this cannot be generalized to all patients. Some patients report the benefits of fish oils but again this has not been reproducible in studies. |
