Fish Oil & RA
|
I'm reading alot of articles where people are getting some relief from their RA by taking fish oil. Whats your thoughts on this? How much should someone take? Any side effects? Thank You |

There were studies of fish oil in RA about 20 years ago. To my recollection, most patients had to take 6 or 9 of the fish oil Omega-3 capsules to have a modest benefit. Stomach upset as you might imagine was a significant side effect. Not to mention the fact that every cat in the neighborhood was likely attracted. |
