Far Infrared Treatments for Arthritis
|
It has been suggested that I start far infrared saunas for the treatment of arthritis. I have a lot of pain in my hands and need something to help me move my fingers without so much tightness and pain. I am on vioxx but that does not do a lot to help. I have tried celebrex but cannot tolerate that medication. What I need to know is if there is any value to far infrared saunas and what would be the side effects if any? |

I am not familiar with any good studies with this therapy. |
