Camel Cartilage

Question  On Garrison Keillor's radio show last week, he mentioned his mother had arthroscopic knee surgery using material from camels that replaced her cartilage. Please advise who/where is doing this procedure and any other info you have about it. Thank you!
 
Answer  I have not heard of this. Maybe this is a Lake Webegone special procedure.
