Rita Falcone, M.D.
Dr. Falcone is the Director of the Comprehensive Vascular Center at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland. Her areas of specialization include echocardiography with expertise in the areas of transthoracic echocardiography, stress testing and transesophageal echocardiograms. She is the Associate Director of Non-Invasive Imaging and an attending in the Cardiac Intensive Care unit at Hopkins Bayview. She is an Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Cardiovascular Medicine. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Council on Stroke and Radiology of the American Heart Association. Her clinical interests include coronary artery disease, stroke and aortic diseases, pre-operative testing in vascular surgery and exercise training in patients with peripheral vascular disease.
